Who I help

Sometimes, life throws us unexpected challenges. It could hit suddenly, like a panic attack, or quietly, like a subtle, lingering depression.

Simply put, there are times when we feel lost or dissatisfied, especially in our relationships.

So, who do I help? I work with adults (18+) who are facing life’s trials, through symptoms that span a wide range of psychological conditions, with a particular focus on anxiety and panicdepressionobsessionspost-traumatic disorders (simple and complex), psychosomatic issues, and pervasive interpersonal challenges.

I also help anyone who wants to better understand themselves and live a more fulfilling life.

I won’t list everything here—if you’re unsure whether I’m the right fit for you, the best thing to do is reach out and share your concerns.

With years of in-depth training as a psychologist, both in terms of academic credentials and personal experience, I’ll do my best to help you. If you’d like to know more about me and my qualifications, check out this page.

My approach is based on scientifically grounded theories, blending elements of evolutionary psychologymotivational systems theoryconditioningtrauma, with a touch of Jungian attitude.

I tend to focus on deep personality change, but if the daily functioning is compromised it must be addressed firsthand. The techniques I use range from classic cognitive-behavioral strategies to body-based grounding techniquesactive imagination, and guided dialogue between sub-personalities.
