Before proceeding, you may also want to explore:
I offer online sessions, and starting in January 2025, I will also be available for in-person sessions in Cuneo and Turin.
You should also know that scientific studies suggest that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy [1, 2].
When you’re about to book a session with me, you can decide between two options:
Brief Consultation (Up to 8 Sessions)

A brief consultation is ideal for highly specific issues, such as:
“I struggle with public speaking and need practical strategies to improve.”
“Before exams, I experience overwhelming anxiety affecting my performance.”
“I’m concerned that my daughter may have an eating disorder. How can I be sure?”
If your issue falls within my area of expertise, I offer a targeted, short-term approach. Some problems can be addressed in just one or two sessions, while others may take up to eight.
Psychological Support

A path of psychological support is a real transformation. It is a comprehensive approach to the patient’s inner world. This is the option I recommend in most cases. It implies working in a serious, dedicated, and scientifically grounded way.
The first 4 sessions focus on getting to know each other and formulating a diagnosis.
Once the main objectives are established, the work unfolds in cycles of approximately 20 sessions, each with clearly defined sub-goals. At the end of each cycle, we assess progress and adjust the course if necessary.
If you’re unsure about your goals, don’t worry! You don’t need to know them in advance—they will naturally emerge as we work together. 🙂
These cycles continue until either the patient or I decide to conclude—whether because the goals have been met, due to external circumstances, or because the therapeutic relationship is no longer effective. In the latter case, I always offer a referral to a colleague to ensure continuity of care.
There is no fixed duration, but I am committed to making therapy as efficient and effective as possible, while also respecting the natural pace of change. When dealing with deep, pervasive issues, patience and trust are essential.
If you are interested in booking a session, please fill out this form. It takes less than five minutes, and the information you provide will help me assist you better. Your information will be kept strictly confidential.
